New Email Server Access

I have recently setup a new email server and plan to decommission the current Liquid Web email server as soon as practical. If you use the old server, you will be notified of the change, and a time will be scheduled for the cutover. This post will describe actions you will need to take when or before the cutover occurs.

In most cases your email password will change. This is because the email accounts are totally separate and I will be creating new accounts. If I don’t know your password, I will have to create a new one. Also, even if I do know your password, it may not meet minimum complexity policy. Your new password will be communicated to you before you can perform the following actions.

Webmail

If you currently use the webmail client, all you have to do is access your new webmail URL. This will be given to you along with your password in an email to your old email box.

Email Setup Wizards

Your password email will also include a link to a page with instructions for setting up common email clients like Outlook, Thunderbird, Gmail, iOS, and manual.
